Introduction

Indaver leads the field in sustainable waste management in Europe. Our trademark is delivering high quality, cost effective services in the municipal, industrial and specialist hazardous waste markets. We offer Total Waste Management and Waste-to-Energy solutions.

Our Waste-to-energy facility in Meath produces electricity to power the equivalent of 32,000 homes annually. The similarly-sized NESS plant in Aberdeen became fully operational in December 2023, whilst we're in the construction phase for our much larger Rivenhall (Essex) project, which will be capable of converting 595,000 tonnes of waste per annum. As well as these assets, we have professionally trained waste operatives throughout the region representing Indaver on client sites within Pharma and Petrochem industries. This client need is growing significantly year-on-year.

In addition to this above organic growth, acquisitions are also part of the future strategy; a recent example being the purchase of BIP Organics (now Indaver Solvents) and BIP Environmental in Cheshire during 2022.

We take a long-term view, which is why sustainability is at the core of our business and also our company culture. In December 2023, Indaver took over the responsibility of Operations & Maintenance of the NESS Energy from Waste facility in Aberdeen. The contract, awarded by local local authorities, is due to run for 20 years.

Due to retirement, we now have a unique, newly-formed position, which will assist with our Management succession. The successful candidate will work closely with the existing NESS management team to ensure a smooth transition. Excellent opportunity for an experienced Production/Maintenance/Operations Manager, looking for their next step up.  Apply today!
