The purpose of the position is  Supporting the allocated (key) account manager(s) to provide all-round administrative support in their day-to-day operations in order to reach commercial objectives and to build up good customer relations.  

Function description

  • Carrying out administrative tasks to support the (key) account manager, senior expert or sales manager collectors.
  • Ensuring that all administrative documents are properly filed so that the (key) account manager can access these documents easily (hard copy as well as soft copy)
  • Assisting the (key) account manager during a tender so that the tender document has high quality and can be submitted on time
  • Assist the (key) account manager with keeping up-to-date IndaForce so that prospection, contract and campaign management can be done properly
  • Run standard internal OBI reports for the account manager so that he/she can follow up on the status of his/her accounts
  • Preparing customized reports that are not available via CZ e-reporting, in order to fulfil the reporting obligations set out in a contract
  • CZ-Document Management: Keep up-to-date and maintain the document libraries which need to be visible to the customer so that the customer can readily access necessary administrative documents
  • CZ-E-Reporting:
  • Investigate questions that an Account Manager or a Customer may have regarding the data in standard e-reporting
  • CZ-New Service Request: Ensure that new service requests via the Green Form 2.0 are progressing swiftly enough so that the customer gets its commercial offer on time and can start ordering
  • Acting quickly to questions from customers in order to actively contribute to good customer relations and to be able to help customers as much as possible.
  • Registering, following up and dealing with complaints in collaboration with the account manager in order to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Reminding customers to pay outstanding invoices if due date is exceeded to decrease the amount of working capital requirements of Indaver.
  • Work with S&M BIS Group on changes to the S&M tools
  • Carrying out Data Management and Administration to support the Local Sales waste collection flow.
  • Management of customer expectations

Required Skills

  • Bachelor's degree and / or relevant experience
  • 2 years of experience in a commercial/administrative environment.
  • Ability to retrieve information from SAP and/or other systems and consolidate the relevant customer information in 1 report on Customer Zone. e.g.: retrieve data from another system and be able to link to corresponding data from the other system in order to achieve a proper consolidation.
  • Advanced MS Office knowledge (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Knowledge of languages (Dutch, French, English) if relevant
  • Basic knowledge of chemistry is an advantage
